Me
I'm an Independent Creative Leader working with agencies and brands.
Over the years I've been lucky to have created numerous brand platforms, global campaigns and worked with brands like Absolut Vodka, Adidas, Bjorn Borg, N-Gage, Nokia, Red Bull, MasterCard, Nike, Heineken, Delta, Southern Comfort, T-Mobile, NYPL, Panera and Instagram. The Photon Shower, Departure Roulette, The World’s Biggest Sign-Post, Great Pockets, Crack The US Open, Heineken Light work with Neil Patrick Harris, Instagram Shopping with Celine Dion and Missing Sounds of New York are among my personal favorites plus of course the 2019 Super Bowl commercial for Stella Artois with Jeff Bridges and Sarah Jessica Parker. I've had the opportunity to work on everything from digital, social, to stunts, to big TV commercials to the weird things that are tricky to define. Like showers that cure jetlag for instance.
If awards matter high lights include 19 Cannes Lions, 2 Yellow Pencils, multiple best of the year awards for a variety of clients in categories such as film, social, interactive, experimental, websites, mobile, stunts and integrated. Purely accidentally I have been shortlisted as Sweden's most influential creative. I must have won a sweepstakes when I was named 9th best Creative Director in the world. By pure luck I worked on the world's most awarded campaign in 2010 and I have reached the semi-finals of the Swedish Foosball Champions.
After a short freelance stint at 72andSunny New York I joined Mother New York where I stayed for 6.5 years. Here I’ve managed such as Virgin Voyages, Stella Artois, JW Marriott, Instagram Shopping, Panera, Amica, NYPL, Panera and Dave & Busters plus won 66% of all pitches I’ve lead. The Super Bowl spot with Jeff Bridges and Sarah Jessica Parker, the NYPL-partnership and our Instagram collaboration with Celine Dion are obvious highlights.
Before joining Mother I was a Creative Director at Wieden Kennedy, New York for 3.5 years where I led Heineken, Nike Canada, Delta Airlines and Southern Comfort. Before joining Wieden+Kennedy I was at R/GA, New York as a Creative Director. At R/GA I worked with clients such as MasterCard, McCormick, Microsoft and Impulse.
I started my career in Sweden where I worked at Swedish agency phenomenon Farfar for eight years. Farfar was one of the world’s most successful digital agencies and the spearhead of the Swedish Digital Wonder - ranked by The Gunn Report among the top 5 for the last five years of its existence peaking at #1 in 2007. While at Farfar I was also in charge of the Farfar Academy - an education set up with renouned ad school Berghs in Stockholm, Sweden with the purpose to educate young (digital) creatives and strategists.
I've been a frequent member of national and international jurys and I have held workshops in Cannes and at other industry events. In 2010 I was shortlisted as one of Sweden’s most influential digital creatives and in March of 2011 I was listed as the 9th best Creative Director in the world by W&V Magazine - a great honor.
My work has been talked about by Jimmy Kimmel, Martha Stewart, CNN, Mashable, Huffington Post, my mom, FOX, New York Times, Time Magazine, Zagat, CNBC, ABC and others. Primarily because they were paid to talk about it. Also, my work is never talked about by my two small kids. They don’t care. Not. One. Bit.
